Pool Party Eligibility
- Pool Party Sponsor must be a resident in good standing.
- Verification may take 2-5 business days.
- Requests must be submitted, paid, and approved at least two weeks before the event.
- A party is not approved until confirmation is received.
- Parties cannot be held on holidays, holiday weekends, during normal operating hours, or when the pool is closed.
- Parties may only occur during the official pool season.
Fees & Payments
- Non-refundable $35 administration fee.
- Credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.
- Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
Party Guidelines
- All guests must follow pool rules.
- Lifeguards may enforce all pool rules.
- Alcohol is prohibited.
- Guest counts may not exceed approved limits.
- Sponsors are responsible for cleanup.
- Additional fees may apply if cleanup extends beyond scheduled time.
- All parties must end by 11:00 PM.
- Pool will be cleared 10 minutes before the scheduled end time.
Weather Policy
- Pool closes for 30 minutes after thunder or lightning.
- Heavy rain may require closure.
- Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued according to policy.
- Partial refunds may apply when events are stopped early due to weather.
