How the HOA Board Works
About your volunteer Board
Your HOA Board is made up of volunteer neighbors who give their personal time to help guide the community. It is not a paid or full-time job — board members have their own jobs, families, and lives, just like you.
The day-to-day management of Tavola West — collecting assessments, sending official communications, enforcing the deed restrictions, handling homeowner requests, and maintaining the common areas — is the responsibility of Inframark, the professional management company the association contracts for these services. The Board helps set direction, but the operational work runs through Inframark.
So for anything that needs action — a violation, a maintenance issue, a payment question, or an official request — please contact Inframark so it's logged to your account and handled by the right team. Thank you for helping keep Tavola West a great place to live.
