Why I Built This Website
As the owner and operator of this website, I want to be upfront with you.
TavolaWest.com is full of resources I hope you'll enjoy and find convenient. But please don't be confused: this website is not controlled or monitored by the HOA or Inframark. Some of the information posted here is shared at the request of the HOA or Inframark, because they know this site will become a helpful resource for you — but that does not make it an official HOA or Inframark website.
I designed this site to be a resource for Tavola West residents: a single place where you can find the answers every resident would like to know, or needs to know — all in one place.
A couple of examples of how it started:
- Many people wonder, "Who is on the HOA Board?" — so I added a page that tells you.
- Many ask, "Who can I call to fix my hot water heater?" — so I created a place where homeowners who run a business can post their contact information for neighbors to call.
From there, I kept adding resources I thought residents would appreciate:
- A Past Events page
- An upcoming events calendar
- An announcements page
- Prayer requests
- Birthday shout-outs
- HOA documents (available through the Inframark portal, but made easier to reach here)
- Important contact information
- The pool access form
- Pool party information
In short, everything I could think of that a resident would want to see.
I've also included a link to the Official Tavola West Facebook page — which is also run by a fellow Tavola West resident — and a link to Inframark for easy access to your homeowner portal. These are simply links for your convenience, not affiliations. You'll also find links to neighborhood news through myneighborhoodnews.com — again, all for your benefit.
There's more on the way, and I'm always open to your suggestions.
Most importantly, this website is for you — so please help shape it. I encourage you to jump in and contribute: share a prayer request, submit a birthday or anniversary announcement, upload photos from a past community event, or request to be added to the resident business list if you run a business. Your submissions are what turn this site into a true community resource, and I'd love to watch it grow with your voices.
